'How good is your balance? Try these drills on a stability / Swiss / exercise ball and find out!  Coach Klara starts seated, progresses to hand & knees before finishing with knees only while on the ball. Great for working your core stabilisers.  Stay balanced for 30-60s for several reps.  At each stage progress from :  - stationary balance  - side to side  - back & forward  - circular  At the end while kneeling we demonstrate some harder progressions - juggling, catch & throw, med ball, walking the ball, etc'
