I do 3 sets of 10 or 15 depending on how heavy I\'m lifting. Normally on the last set I increase the weight and lower the reps so that\'s why it looks like I\'m struggling lol. I only do 10 minutes of cardio because I am not trying to burn that many calories. After workouts i drink muscle milk and eat. Let me know if you have any questions.
