Just keep in mind you are adding in ingredients and need to count them correctly to make sure you are still meeting your macros. You can plug in all your ingredients into My Fitness Pal to see the macros, then divide by the number of balls you make, and then you will know the macros per protein ball to ensure you follow your specific plan. Ingredients: * 2 packs/scoops Chocolate Vegan Shakeology *1/2 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats *1/2 cup cookie butter *3 Tbsp raw local honey Instructions: 1. Combine Shakeology and oats into a medium bowl, mix well 2. Add almond butter and honey, mix well with a rubber spatula or clean hands. 3.
