'The BEST workout for your BUTTS, Legs, and Inner Thighs | My Preparation for the Victoria\'s Secret Casting, How I prepare for Fashion Week, & What I do when I am on the road | Sanne Vloet Hey guys, Can you believe it’s almost August? This summer has been going by so fast and I’m super excited to finally share my lower body workout routine! I know most of us have already kicked our BUTTS into shape for beach season, but if you haven\'t doing these exercises will really put you on the right path. If you guys have watched my previous workout videos let me know how much you felt the burn on a scale of 1-10! For this video I wanted bring you guys along to a workout with my trainer Stephen! The way Stephen trains me is different than anyone I have trained with before. Believe me this workout is the best to tone up your legs and for me it is what I do to prepare for fashion week and the Victoria Secret Show casting. The method behind the workout is focused on creating very strong and lean muscles. These exercises are very specific and target the muscles that we usually don’t think about exercising. These movements can help shape your muscles without building any bulky muscles! When my travel schedule allows I try to train my legs at least 4 times a week. Even if I don’t have time ten to fifteen minutes of this will help! I take my elastic bands all over the world so I can do this workout in my hotel room, in the park, or at any gym I can find when I am on the road.
