Warm up before each exercise. EXERCISE 1: Barbell Squats Warm up sets followed by 4 sets of 8-10 reps with a 90 second rest in between. Go down for a count of 3 seconds and come back up explosively for 1 second. EXERCISE 2: Deadlift Warm up sets followed by 8-10 reps for 4 sets. Make sure to use your core.
