'Swimmer Dryland Exercise to Engage Your Lats'

00:57 Dec 14, 2022
'Lats can be easy to neglect. This lats workout at home, is the key to stretching your latissimus dorsi muscles and strengthening your shoulder muscles. Remember your lats help protect and stabilize your spine while providing shoulder and back strength. Your lats also help with shoulder and arm movement which ultimately support good posture. When it comes to swimming freestyle, and arm speed, your lat engagement is the key to getting fasters in the water and it will help to stop your catch from slipping. Don’t forget that your lats, serratus, and trapezius, are all connected, so be sure to show them all love.
