'Coach J Challenge Day 35'

'Day 35 of the Coach J Challenge   Ab it up   50sec of training 10sec of rest. Complete each group of 3 exercise for 2 complete rounds equalling 6min.   Workout #1  • crunches  • reverse knee tucks  • mt. climbers   Workout #2 • side plank with hip raises (right side) • side plank with hip raises (left side) • hand plank from knees, feet or feet on the wall  Workout #3 • rock and rolls • wipers (knees bent or straight) • out side toe touches   Total time 18min   For more info regarding the  Coach J Challenge follow on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google+ all @coachjfitness'
