'The \"MF\" Massage & Flexibility Tune-Up Workout!  Grab a foam roller and let\'s get loose! This is a great recovery and regeneration session focused on improving muscle tissue quality and reducing nagging aches and pains.   You\'ll perform 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 16 movements. Part I is SMR (foam rolling) work and Part II is flexibility training.   Part 1 (Self Myofascial Release)  1. Upper Back 2. Wrap Around 3-4. Lats Tricep 5-6. Glutes 7-8. Hamstrings 9-10. IT Band 11-12. Quads 13-14. Inner Thigh 15-16. Calves   Part II (Flexibility) 2 sets 1-2. Hip Hamstring 3. Frog Stretch  4. Kneeling Wrist Flexion 5. Cat-Cow 6-7. Bretzel  8. Prayer Stretch'
