'One of the areas I struggle with the most is my inner and outer thighs. That is where I hold all of my weight. These are a few of the exercises I like to incorporte into my routine to tone and firm the area. I always switch it up, and constetly challenge myself to try ne things. Also, Since I am currently traveling, I signed up with LA Fitness here in San Antonio Texas, because they have all of the equipment that I need to train for my first power lifting meet in Feburary.
