'We aim to inspire others to work out. It doesn\'t matter your shape or size we want to inspire others to get fit and feeling good about themselves. This is our fitness journey, we plan to document our weight loss but more so our body shape changing due to weight training, eating healthy and the right amount cardio and we hope we can help you. This video is us doing a bent over row, add it into your next workout. Aim for 4 sets of around 12 - 15 reps. Don\'t worry if you can\'t achieve this amount, do it until you can\'t anymore also known as training to failure. More importantly, let\'s get started.
