'I’m a Master Instructor for TRX Training and own a training business called BLAZE. About a year ago, I created a TRX class for my 80 year-old parents called SMOLDER, and it has taken off in popularity. This is a real time, 45-minute SMOLDER TRX class. There is a huge need to offer classes like SMOLDER to encourage independence and confidence with our Seniors. Our Senior Athletes have been featured on the TRX Training website and social media outlets for their commitment and progress in such a short amount of time. We work on a 360 degree approach to movement, centered around body awareness and understanding how our TRX exercises help us in everyday life.
