'7 DAY CORE CHALLENGE - STABILITY BALL WORKOUT'

'A challenge designed to improve consistency and encourage progress even if it\'s just a little more each day.  Are you up for it? Add this STAB BALL circuit on to your regular workout, either at the start or the finish! Start with 13 reps and add on one rep every day for seven (7) days.  By the end of the challenge you\'ll be at 20 reps/move. STABILITY BALL required.  If this video is well received I will post a more advanced CHALLENGE next week!
