In this series i will give you a workout schedule  and full day diet plan  .Monday Chest,abs . bench press=5 x12 dumbell fly=5x 17 alt  incline press=4x12 parllel dips=4x15 alt  decline dumbell press=3x12 cable cross=3x25 1 set pushup upto failure       abs crunches=2x20 leg raises=2x20   Following is what I performed in this routine:'
