I am currently weighing around 81.5 kg with 36 inches waist. My height is 177cm (5\'10\" approx.). I need to lose around 5 kg of fat and add a little more muscle to well tone up the body. So, all the diet and workout that I am sharing is based on that after researching internet and youtube. I wiil be sharing the progress every week. The diet i am taking is based on the nutrition goals I need to acheive. Also, I tried to find a desi friendly diet and also that is available easily. Any suggestions are welcomed in the comments, I will try to improve workout and diet according the majority voices as we progresses towards our goal.'
