'I started working out twice a day--on top of working two jobs, and eating six times a day. Spoiler alert--I was tired. This is the fourth vlog in my 100 Day Workout Transformation vlog series, covering days 31-40. Instead of doing one long workout at the end of each day, I started doing a two workout a day split, and added cardio in with the morning workout. Though I was tired, and started to feel unsure of myself, I continued strong with my fitness challenge. With my 100 Day Workout Transformation, my goal was to gain weight and muscle. This is a vlog/documentary style series, and is not a how-to guide. In my vlogs, I talk about what it\'s really like to attempt an intense workout transformation on your own. I did these workouts during quarantine, in my home gym. I wanted to get back into shape during quarantine, and did the best I could.
