'Fitness Blender\'s 10 Minute HIIT Workout + Warm Up | My Take On Their HIIT Workout'

'This was my version of Fitness Blender\'s 10 minute HIIT workout. I thought it was a great, power packed HIIT workout that you can squeeze into a small chunk of time during your day. They did an awesome job!  Workout Breakdown:   Warm Up - 30 sec each exercise -Boxer Shuffle  -Butt Kicker Rows -Butt Kicks -Jumping Jacks  Workout - 20 sec on, 10 sec off (active rest), repeat each exercise for a total of 3 times 1. Kick Off Jumping Jack 2. Static Squat + Step Back 3. Pivot Burpee 4. Broad Jump + Squat Jump 5. Lateral Jump Lunge  6. Side Lunge + 2 Center Jumps 7. Jump Squat + Knee Up  Make sure to cool down after your workout!
