'PLEASE READ (Disclaimer:  Please be careful and smart when doing these exercises as I am not responsible for any damages/injury)  Summary:  Check yourself, before you wreck yourself.  SOOOOOO...  Before trying this video make sure to: 1.  Stretch 2.  Have water handy 3.  GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!!  (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible). 4.  Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout. 5.  Have fun and be patient with yourself.  -------------------------------------------------------- Notes:  Workout balls are a small investment of $12-25 that I definitely recommend.  For the people asking if they should add weights, I would recommend feeling out the exercise first as if you are large and just starting the strain of your body weight may be more than enough weight.'
