'I have been on a strict diet and exercise program that I created for myself since July 2021. I started losing weight very quickly over the first few months. I decided to start keeping track of my weight loss on Wii Fit in October. Here are the results. I really wish I started keeping track when I very first started this weight loss program back in July, but this video still shows pretty good data, even though I had already lost about 30 pounds before beginning these Wii Fit recordings.'
