'Keep in mind I did my 135 for 135 training session on Tuesday.I had a hard fought workout but I got it done! Progression. 135 for two sets of ten. 225 for two sets of five. 275 for three sets of three. 315 for three reps with a SLINGSHOT. 325 for one rep with a SLINGSHOT.'
