'Are you Fire Rescue Fit?  Perform these 5 tests: Wall Squat, Broad Jump, Deadlift-Curl-press, Plank and 1.5 mile run to see how you rate.  Are you an elite Fire Rescue Athlete, Fire Rescue Fit, ordinary or need to improve?  Each test is graded 0 to 3 points.  Give it a try and post your results.
