Here is the workout I did: A1) Heels elevated squat 1 & 1/4 rep 6/6/4/4 A2) Lying hamstring curl 4x 8 B1) Walking lunges 4x 24 B2) BB Hip thrust 4x 10 C1) Reverse hack squat 4x 12 D1) High step up 4x 15 each leg D2) Rounded back extension 4x 15 Please let me know if you give this a go!
