I wanted to work some fireground movements for this tabata so here is what I did: 20 seconds push/ pull 10 seconds rest 20 seconds of battle ropes 10 seconds rest 20 seconds med ball slams (or sledges if you can) 10 seconds rest 20 seconds crawls 10 seconds rest Repeat again for 4 minutes total. Give this a try, you can supstitute the exercises and repeat the circuit again for a total of 8 minutes. Get FRF.
