'Hey loves!  This is a quick & intense workout to target your abs! You don\'t need any equipment for this! Perfect to do at home or the gym.  This abs workout is 2 circuits with 6 exercises in each circuit. You will perform each exercise for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest between the exercises. At the completion of circuit 1, rest for 1 minute. I recommend using the countdown timer on your phone for this workout!
