'Watch maiden edition of the National Fitness Day- Sekondi/ Takoradi'

'The maiden edition of the National Fitness Day  started yesterday 10 September 2022, from Gyendu Park through Fijai,Effiakuma,Pipe Ano,New Site and ended at University park for stretching and aerobics.  It is expected to be held on the second Saturday of every month.
