'Join in the fun of National Fitness Day with Darcey Bussell and the DDMIX team with a fun 30 minute dance fitness workout! By taking part in this program you confirm that you have been cleared for exercise and are taking part at your own risk and do not know of any reason why you should not be exercising. All exercise programmes carry an element of risk of personal injury; however this session has been planned to ensure that all potential risks have been minimised. If you feel discomfort, pain or unwell during the class at any time you should stop the activity and inform your doctor as soon as possible.
