'This is a great exercise to work core stability and balance.  Its very challenging so go slowly.  Use these coaching tips: Start in the push up position with your arms straight.  Slowly lift your left arm and right leg at the same time.  Make sure your core is engaged and balance in this position for 1-2 seconds.  Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.  Keep abs tight and head in proper alignment throughout the entire motion.'
