'Fire Rescue Fitness Strength Challenge- 20 reps of hell'

'Here is a little challenge to test your strength and recovery.  Perform 5 reps of DB Chest Press, 5 reps of DB dead lift then 5 reps DB one arm row.  The goal is to use as heavy weight as possible (with good form) and complete the reps in the least amount of time possible.. Give it a try.  Post your results below!'
