'Here is a great way to help with exercise recovery.  Have you heard of the foam roller?  Self myofacial release is a fancy term for self massage.  The idea here is to use your bodyweight and a piece of compressed foam to \"release\" muscle tightness.  Try to use the foam roller when you are sore and/or get in the habit of using the roller on shift at the firehouse.  Your back and body will feel better helping you stay \"Fit for Duty.\"'
