Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area: • Mondays: STRENGTH • Tuesdays: AGILITY • Wednesdays: CORE • Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS • Fridays: TENNIS • Saturdays: GOLF  WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST): • 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes) • 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes) • 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)'
