Now a days in Indian cricket team fitness is also important. So if you want to play cricket seriously then you have to be fit and if you follow this drills seriously then it will definitely change your fitness. Here  are some drills  1. Sprint 2. Shuttle Run 3. High Knee 4. Zig Zack 5. Body Balancing  You need to do these drills twice a week with 4 to 5 sets and 12 to 15 reps.
