'Welcome to Run, Walk and Stretch with Robin.  I am 51 years old and have exercised so that I \"looked good in clothes\" for over 30 years.  This year I decided to work out doing movement that I love.  I know that quality of life is what makes life feel more joyful.  Through the years we accumulate disappointments.  But if we are blessed to still be able to keep waking up and making a difference, why not each one help one?   This is my contribution to helping others.  I offer videos that invite you into the sounds and sights of the beautiful outdoors.  Practice noticing your breath, feeling the strength of your body and brightening your outlook on life just by moving your body.    Come along with me as I share Videos on Tuesdays and Friday (and more in between) offering you a walking, running and stretching partner for those days when you don\'t want to do it alone.
