'Dr. Mouaz Al-Mallah, a physician from the King Abdulaziz Cardiac Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reports on his article appearing in the June 2016 issue of Mayo Clinic Proceedings, which showed that the outcome of cardiorespiratory fitness testing for men and women indicated although women tended to exhibit lower fitness capacities, both men and women would benefit from increased cardiorespiratory fitness.
