'Why do we do this on my fitness pal?'

'Why do we do this??   We eat something deemed “bad” the. Don’t scan it to MyFitnessPal because we think we have messed up   In reality we have only had a few hundred calories!!   Track everything and stay accountable, educate yourself and alcohol counts also'
