During the workout, you\'ll do 60 seconds of a shadow boxing combination, 30 seconds of a cardio exercise, and then take a break for 30 seconds. 3. During the boxing combinations, make sure you exhale sharply with every punch, and don\'t hyperextend your elbows. Use your free hand to \"protect\" your face.
