From there the idea of creating an Indian superhero workout came and the first Indian superhero which came to my mind was none other than the Lord Hanuman.   The mere idea of the Hanuman workout was so fascinating that it got me thinking all the time what kind of workout and how much workout Hanuman Ji would do to keep himself so fit and powerful. So knowing all the aspects of Hanuman Ji, I have designed a workout that has got many elements and characteristics of Hanuman.   For Example, The workout has got rope climb which depicts his ability to climb trees with ease. There are strict pull-ups in the workout which develop lats. It is because Hanuman’s lats were very strong due to the use of mace which was his main weapon. Dumbbell front squats on shoulders because he carried Ram and Laxman on his shoulders. Last, there is deadlift/squat clean as Hanuman Ji possesses raw power as well. He lifted the whole mountain. Also, all the movements in the workout are not as aggressive as Hanuman Ji has a very passive nature. He was a saint.   Also, my focus which is making India Fit India binds with Hanuman Ji\'s workout. Hanuman Ji has devotees all over the world and if his devotees who lack motivation for fitness may start training in the name of Hanuman Ji. . .
