'Coach J Challenge Day 40'

'Day 40 of the Coach J Challenge   It\'s all muscle   Timed intervals of 50sec of training and 10sec of rest for 10 sets equalling 10min   Workout #1 50-10 (3 exercises)  1⃣ 20 high knee runs 2⃣ 6 alt lunges or jump lunges  3⃣ 4 seal jumps                                                                                       Workout #2  3-2-1 First exercise is for 3min seconds exercise is for 2min and third exercise is for 1min  1⃣ 3min of squat, curl & press  2⃣ 2min of outside toe touches  3⃣ 1min of bicycle abs                                                                                   For more info regarding the  Coach J Challenge follow on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google+ all @coachjfitness'
