'You may already have a Yoga practice, but have needed to take time out due to illness or injury. Having a chair is not an easy option, it is a safe way to start building strength again in all the major muscle groups. If you are nurturing an injury, be very gentle with that area, don\'t do anything that causes sharp pain.
