We\'ve got a handful of tough low impact STANDING ABS exercises, designed to strengthen and tone your ABS + OBLIQUES.  We\'re working in every plane of motion to firm up your core and strengthen your belly with functional exercises.  And it all takes just ten minutes!  SET UP: HIIT timer is set for 30 seconds of work and just 10 seconds of rest; repeat the circuit 2x  EXERCISES: High Knees with a Twist (one interval on each side) Elbows to Thighs (one interval on each side) Twisting Knee Touch Standing Sprinters (one interval on each side)
