Especially considering Movement20XX integrates several movement disciplines to create a hybrid training system. I’m simply taking it a step further, combining Side Kick Throughs and Cossack Squats to move more of the body in one simple sequence. Move slow, with control, owning every inch of this combination. On the Side Kick Through, pull the free arm back while reaching with the toes... pull and reach as far as possible. You should feel the “stretch” spiraling from the toes up the leg, diagonally through the torso and out the shoulder. REACH AND PULL! Work both sides, reps and sets may vary. I performed 2 sets of 8 reps per side on this day at the end of my warm-up, prior to resistance training. #vahvafitness #cossacksquat #flow'
