'I know that previously there have been women out there and in the Sweat community, including my own mum, who looked at my programs and thought they were too hard or too intense. That’s why I am so excited about my new Low Impact exercise program. These workouts are designed for women who want an effective, easy to follow workout that can be done in less than 30 minutes. They can now be done at a low intensity with no jumping and are easier on your joints. I’ve designed this Low Impact exercise program so that there is absolutely no jumping and you keep your whole body supported or at least one foot in contact with the ground during most movements. We use time rather than the number of reps so you can go at your own pace and still get results. There are three easy to follow workouts per week with optional express workouts when you are short on time.
