'In this 30 Min GIANT SET BACK & TRICEP Workout we will be having 36x Movements in total. We will be having 6x Giant Sets in total and will do each Giant set for 2x Rounds in a row. Performing each movement for 40 seconds and having a 20 seconds rest in between. Red Band - Light Band Black Band - Medium Band   For this workout you also need an object to adjust your bands to them for some of the exercises.    In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row ( Based on your fitness level).
