'Continue to build your strength and gently start to increase your flexibility with this chair and mat workout. There is a break after the chair section, so if you are tired by that point, stop, build up to the mat section.  Treat your body kindly, it may not be improving at the pace you want, but it is improving at the pace it needs.  Don\'t force anything and if you feel any pain, come out of the pose carefully.'
