'Welcome to your TRX Pyramid Stack workout! In this workout, we will work your entire body for strength, cardio and mobility using your suspension trainer. We\'ll be doing it in a pyramid stack format so we\'ll be going up 30 seconds at a time and coming back down 30 seconds at a time. It moves quickly and we\'re going to get it all in. All you need for this workout is your suspension trainer and a mat. Are you ready? Let\'s do it!
