Exercises: Jumping squats Do as many as you can then rest 90 seconds Stiff leg Deadlifts Start with 20-40 lbs and do 2 sets of 12-15 reps. Rest one minute Jumping Lunges Do as many as you can then rest 90 seconds. Ice Skater Do as many as you can then rest 90 seconds.
