'What is a Typical Morning in the Army? | Infantry Platoon Commander Hi everyone - I have had a lot of requests for this type of video so I thought I\'d show you all what happens in a typical morning in the Army when in camp, through the eyes of a platoon commander in the Infantry. It usually starts with PT and in this video I jump on a company/platoon run with C \'Essex\' Company, 1 Royal Anglian. Details of the run: - 4 miles steady state - 8/8:30 min/mile - 1 water stop Fitness is a big part of Army life, particularly in the Infantry. So doing some sort of PT happens most mornings.
