We assess. We assess your mobility and stability through six common movement patterns, which allows us to easily identify your strengths, limitations, and even muscular imbalances. In short, we are able to see how your body moves and prescribe the appropriate exercises for your current fitness level and injury history. By working with you to improve your mobility and stability through our coaching programs, we are able to progress towards your goals much more effectively by increasing your strength and the number of calories you burn during your workouts. The FMS also provides us with a fantastic tool to measure your progress, since at the end of the day it is our job to make sure you are always progressing towards your goals.
