'Fitness challenge / 100 day challenge update'

'I have been away on holiday (in Spain), but I am back for a couple of day, so thought I would post a short video just to say hi and to confirm that I am still committed to this 100 day challenge. The exercise went a bit on the backburner while on holiday, but I spent plenty of time reading, meditating, swimming, site-seeing.'
