'Yesterday I started the 100 Squat and Calf Raise Fitness Challenge!! I am going to be doing 100 squats and 100 calf rasies every day for 100 days!This is something I am really curious about because I don\'t workout my legs that much so I feel like this will definitely make my legs stronger combined with eating a somewhat healthy diet... low sugar, high protein.
