'Hi, So today I skipped the gym and focused on the diet. I wanted to take the rest today and wanted to recovery of muscles. My aim to go to gym atleast 4 times a week and Atleast once a time in the week i focus on my abdomen muscles that can be done at home as well. So, all day I was eating healthy.
