'Hey guys today I covered the basics of the push-up as well as variations on different ways to work the chest while we are all working out from home. *WARNING* these are pretty difficult I could barely get through (granted this was my 3rd time shooting it). I made this video for people who are struggling to build hypertrophy (muscle size/strength) in the chest (people like me). If this workout proves to be too difficult, then do what you can and modify the rest!
